When I run church events, it is always better to order things in bulk and well in advance. The Easter kids service often involves a lot of candy. Kids absolutely love candy, so we like to incorporate in fun events. When the kids go on an Eater egg hunt, we like to fill the eggs with candy. That’s why I always order bulk easter candies. Candy can also be a great prize to give away as incentive for games or for participation in activities. Most kids are more willing to do something once they know that candy is going to be involved. The truth is, adults like candy too. I have seen plenty of parents take a little share of the candy that their kids won during service. Sometimes, I get to believing that the parents appreciate the candy even more than the kids do! Maybe I should order some for them, too.
